About the Hyrox Simulation
Prepare for the next Hyrox competition with the best team of trainers!
We are the first Hyrox Training Center in Portugal and have a team of 5 coaches trained to provide training specific to the HYROX competition, led by the only national Master Coach, Tiago Lousa.
All our trainers have participated in multiple official competitions, including 4 world championships.
We will help you prepare and organize the Hyrox simulation, which involves a prior assessment of availability and scheduling.
Trainers
Trainers with Official Hyrox Certification who can help you before, during, and after the simulation with valuable feedback.
Equipment
You will simulate with the official specific equipment identical to what you will find in an official Hyrox competition.
Space
Over 1000m2 with the possibility to train indoors and outdoors, with specific markings of the course to be executed.

Free parking on site; Use of locker rooms; Explanation of the 1km running course and workout dynamics; Support in setting up equipment and measuring workouts.
A factory of HYROX champions
Since 2019, Alphaden has been creating European and World Hyrox champions, having the only Portuguese competing in the Elite category — Tiago Lousa.
Located in the greater Lisbon area, Alphaden is the training center that welcomes not only local but also international athletes who prepare here for important competitions, with Tiago Lousa as the Hyrox Master Coach and the entire team of trainers certified by the Hyrox Academy.
