With 1100m2, the CrossFit Alphaden Box features different training zones, specific equipment, a health area, social space, locker rooms, and training rooms.
Indoor or Outdoor
Alphaden is located in an industrial complex surrounded by nature with views of the Sintra Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. A space that allows for outdoor training, from trail running to specific training with CrossFit, HYROX, or OCR equipment.
